Hong Lai Huat Group Limited is an SGX Mainboard-listed real estate and property developer with an operating history spanning more than 38 years. The Group has completed public and private residential, commercial and industrial projects in Singapore, including D’Ecosia, D’Fresco, D’Castilia, D’Almira, D’Lithium, D’Kranji Farm Resort and D’Centennial.
In Cambodia, the Group developed the completed freehold mixed-use projects D’Seaview in Sihanoukville and Royal Platinum in Phnom Penh. Following the disposal of its former agricultural project in FY2024, the Group has expanded into natural resources through a marble mining division in Cambodia. Its mining licence has been extended through FY2028, supporting continued production and export activities.
