EVER GLORY UNITED HOLDINGS LIMITED The Company was incorporated in Singapore on 23 December 2021, with its business commencing when Sunbeam M&E Pte. Ltd. (“SBME”) was incorporated on 14 May 2018 by Mr. Xu Ruibing and Mr. Sun Renwang. On 25 April 2023, the Company was converted from a private company limited by shares into a public company and renamed “Ever Glory United Holdings Limited”. Ever Glory is a Singapore-based mechanical and electrical (M&E) engineering service provider specialising in a wide range of M&E engineering services for both public and private sectors. The Company’s services include air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems, electrical engineering systems, fire alarms and fire protection (FP) systems, plumbing, sanitary and gas (PSG) systems, and integrated building services (IBS). Projects span the development or redevelopment of HDB residential flats, private residential properties, private schools, mixed-use properties, commercial buildings, and industrial buildings. On 18 May 2023, Ever Glory United Holdings Limited was listed on the SGX-ST Catalist Board under the stock code “ZKX”, raising gross proceeds of approximately S$3.08 million with Novus Corporate Finance Pte. Ltd. as the Sponsor. The Group has since pursued strategic acquisitions to strengthen its capabilities, acquiring Fire-Guard Engineering Pte Ltd (incorporated in 1980) on 7 February 2024 and Guthrie Engineering (S) Pte Ltd on 1 July 2025. The Company also operates in property development through property construction and investment activities, positioning itself for diversified growth opportunities.
