COLIWOO HOLDINGS LIMITED The Company was incorporated as a private company limited by shares in Singapore on 7 September 2020 as a subsidiary of LHN Group, an established real estate management and space optimisation group. The Coliwoo co-living business was established in 2018, and the brand has since grown to become Singapore’s leading co-living operator with approximately 19.5% market share based on number of rooms. Coliwoo acquires or leases old, unused and underutilised properties and transforms them into modern and trendy co-living spaces, offering fully furnished residences, serviced apartments and co-living hotels for rent under the “Coliwoo” brand. The Company manages a portfolio of close to 3,000 rooms across 25 properties strategically located in prime central areas and high-demand residential clusters across Singapore. Coliwoo also provides professional property enhancement and property management services for landlords. The Company was listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on 6 November 2025 under the stock code “W8W”, following an initial public offering (IPO) of 80.304 million shares at S$0.60 per share. The IPO was 8.2 times oversubscribed, with placement shares 7.3 times subscribed and public offer shares 20.7 times subscribed. The offering raised gross proceeds of approximately S$101.0 million, backed by nine cornerstone investors including UOB Asset Management, Value Partners Hong Kong, Maybank Asset Management, and Avanda Investment Management. The Company’s strategic growth plan targets adding at least 800 rooms yearly to reach close to 4,000 rooms by end-2026. Coliwoo also plans to expand regionally into high-potential markets across Southeast Asia such as Jakarta, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur, and Johor Bahru. The Company intends to distribute dividends of not less than 40% of the group’s earnings for FY2025 and FY2026.
