About ASTI Holdings
ASTI Holdings Limited is an SGX Mainboard-listed technology group with operating roots in semiconductor manufacturing services. Through its subsidiaries, the Group supports original equipment manufacturers, contract manufacturers and component distributors with tape and reel packaging, carrier tape making, integrated circuit programming and related backend semiconductor services.
The Group operates across key electronics manufacturing locations including the United Kingdom, China, the Philippines and Malaysia. Following the appointment of new management in 2024 and the resumption of trading on the SGX Mainboard in January 2026, ASTI is repositioning around semiconductor services and technology-led growth opportunities.
