About Sasseur REIT
Sasseur Real Estate Investment Trust is an SGX Mainboard-listed REIT and the first outlet REIT listed in Asia. It offers investors exposure to China’s outlet mall sector through a portfolio of income-producing retail outlet properties in Chongqing Liangjiang, Chongqing Bishan, Hefei and Kunming.
The portfolio is positioned around destination outlet shopping, dining and entertainment demand across three Chinese cities, with a reported net lettable area of 310,241 square metres, RMB8.42 billion portfolio valuation and 98.9% portfolio occupancy as at 31 December 2024. Sasseur REIT is managed by Sasseur Asset Management Pte. Ltd.
