ATTIKA GROUP LTD. The Company’s operating subsidiary, Attika Interior + MEP Pte Ltd, was incorporated in Singapore on 22 April 2014 by a highly efficient and technically experienced team. The holding company, Attika Group Ltd., was incorporated on 7 August 2024 and converted into a public company limited by shares in September 2024. Attika is a Singapore-based full-service commercial interior decoration and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) engineering company, offering a one-stop solution to customers from design, production, building and project management, to servicing and maintenance for their interior fit-out needs. The Group serves both private and public sector clients, specialising in Interior Decoration and Finishing Works (Grade L6), Electrical Engineering (Grade L5), and Air-Conditioning, Refrigeration, and Ventilation Works (Grade L4). The highest grading of L6 allows the Group to tender for and execute large-scale interior decoration projects in the public sector with no tendering limits and project value limits. Between 2020 and 2023, Attika secured its largest project to date with a contract value exceeding S$40.0 million, for the interior design and fit-out works of a corporate office covering 6 floors for a government entity. The Company has received numerous accolades, including the Singapore Prestige Award 2020/2021 for business excellence and the Top Design Build Award 2020/2021. On 8 November 2024, Attika Group Ltd. successfully listed on the SGX-ST Catalist Board under the stock code “53W”, raising approximately S$4.6 million, with RHB Bank Berhad as the Issue Manager and Continuing Sponsor. Supported by key personnel with 15 to 35+ years of experience and strengthened by in-house carpentry and metal fabrication facilities, Attika is well-positioned to capture opportunities in high-value sectors including data centres, clean-rooms, and public sector projects.
