DEZIGN FORMAT GROUP LIMITED The Company was founded in 1988 by brothers N.S. Chong and Mike Chong in Singapore. Incorporated as Dezign Format Pte Ltd on 19 June 1992, the Company began as a design-and-build specialist with a focus on festive decorations and custom installations. The deliberate spelling of “Dezign” was chosen to reflect the company’s out-of-the-box thinking and creative approach to design. Over more than 35 years, Dezign Format has grown into a leading spatial design and build specialist, serving customers in various industries, including those within the meetings, incentives, conferences and exhibitions (MICE) industry. The Group provides end-to-end design, fabrication, installation and project management services for events, exhibitions, festive decorations, and immersive experiences. Additionally, the Company offers interior fit-out services for commercial properties and has expanded into location-based entertainment and experiences. In August 2025, Dezign Format Group Limited successfully listed on the Catalist Board of the Singapore Exchange (SGX-ST) under the stock code “UZF”, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey. The IPO raised gross proceeds of S$6.5 million, with a post-IPO market capitalisation of S$40 million. With a dedicated team of over 180 professionals and fully integrated production facilities, Dezign Format is well-positioned to capture expanding opportunities across Southeast Asia, with plans for regional expansion including a production facility in Malaysia and sales offices in Thailand and Vietnam.
