Vividthree Holdings (SGX:OMK) announced that it has secured the exclusive rights to develop VR shows for PENINSULA, the sequel to the 2016 Korean box office hit, Train to Busan. (Link to the announcement)

- Vividthree secured the exclusive rights to develop and produce VR shows for “Train to Busan” sequel, Peninsula
- The group to adapt and produce multisensory-format content based on the story of Peninsula, shows such as virtual reality (VR) immersive experiences, like Escape Missions and Themed House experience
- Train to Busan, a highly popular 2016 Korean box office hit, Train to Busan, which made over US$140 million worldwide and is also the highest-grossing Korean film in countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong at the time
